Buying a piece of jewellery is always a special moment, celebrating both important and everyday moments: a declaration of love, birth, or professional success, for example.

Such a lot of stories that a piece of jewellery can help to celebrate, and for which you need to be able to count on the advice, listening and expertise of a professional.

This is why, for several years now, we have set up ambitious training programs within our Academy, both for network employees and for our support services.

The objective: to enhance and develop the skills of each person to promote development and internal promotions.

THOM Academy Qualiopi Certified – A Mark of Quality and Commitment

THOM Academy, the THOM Group’s internal school created in 2012, has been Qualiopi certified since 2021.
This certification, renewed in 2024 for a period of three years, attests to the quality of the processes implemented to support skills development within our organization.
Issued by the relevant authorities, the Qualiopi certification is based on a stringent national framework (7 key criteria and around thirty indicators). It recognizes the professionalism of THOM Academy’s training approach.
This recognition fully reflects the Group’s commitment to excellence, employee development, and the continuous improvement of practices.

The THOM Academy provides programs and training for all, but it is also a large and welcoming place.
A truly shared home, it consists of 7 training rooms and a relaxation room.
Our employees can learn the keys to customer relations and the magic of our products and develop their managerial skills as well as their soft skills.
