THOM achieves RJC-COP Certification

The group is delighted to announce that it has been awarded Code-of-Practice (COP) certification from the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) for a 3 years period (2026-2029).

Founded in 2005, the not-for-profit RJC is the world’s leading standard-setting organisation for the jewellery
and watch industry, with more than 1,200 member companies, dedicated to promoting the best environmental, social and ethical practices from mine to retail.

As a Certified Member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), we proudly hold certification against the RJC Code of Practices (COP) standard, that defines how organisations can implement responsible practices into their business, covering human rights, social and environmental practices. Our certification was based on an independent third-party audit verifying conformance with this standard. This certification underscores our dedication to responsible business practices and fosters trust within the watch and jewellery supply chain. It represents a significant recognition for our group on the international stage.” says Flavien d’Audiffret, CEO of the Group.

This is the result of a collective effort led by numerous teams across all the group’s entities, in every country where the Group operates, to prepare for and support the audits.

This milestone encourages the Group to continue its efforts to put the commitments of its WeTHOM CSR plan into practice on a daily basis.

The certificate can be downloaded from the RJC website: RJC-COP Certificate
