Can you tell us about a typical day?
I am in contact with the stores throughout the day. You have to know how to juggle! Depending on whatever the current situation is, my visits vary in length. For instance, if I'm going to deal with only one issue per store, I can go to multiple stores on the same day. On the other hand, sometimes I spend longer with the Director and we take stock of the team, we review several subjects such as customer satisfaction, figures, performance indices, HR elements, employee development or other various elements of store life. It is important that they feel that we are there to help them!
What do you like about THOM Group?
What I like is that no day is the same, we don't have time to be bored! I am particularly passionate about the motivation and development of the teams which represents an important part of my role.

Commitment: my commitment is to be 200% with my teams to bring them something every day. I have 2 questions when I start my day: “what am I going to teach them today?" and "how do I motivate them to want to learn it? "

What has been your best moment at THOM Group?
What I remember above all is my appointment as Regional Director because it was a goal I set for myself when I joined the company. I had said to my Regional Director “one day we’ll be colleagues!”. And I made it happen!
