Why did you choose THOM Group?

It is a company that is evolving, which implies new challenges, new problems to address.
I wanted to get involved in this adventure.

What is it about your job that you especially enjoy?

No two days are alike, and it is this dynamic that I like. No routine, a global vision of business and also a lot of interactions with different professions.

What qualities are needed at THOM Group?

Rigour above all! That is vital. We must also know how to "popularise" because our language is sometimes very financial and not always obvious to the people with whom we interact. That also goes both ways! A good analytical mind, a critical mind and an ability to convince are also necessary to be proactive and defend your ideas.

What makes THOM Group a particularly human company for you?

THOM Group is a company that allows you to express your potential and to develop in a structured way. One of the major strengths of the group is communication: the way information is passed down is very good. This allows us to know where we are going in order to all move forward together in the same direction.

Among the 5 values of the Group, which two speak to you the most? And how have you integrated them into your daily life?

Simplicity : you have to know how to popularise things, be simple in your approach. Knowing how to tackle sometimes complex issues in a simple way in order to get to the crux of the matter.

Boldness : we must not limit ourselves to what is asked of us but envisage going further. Knowing how to push back the limits that are set for us and succeed in engaging others to do so.

What do you think is the secret of a successful day?

It is important to know how to work in a good mood. So, a successful day is knowing how to respond to the different needs that are expressed, and to do it quickly, well and in a good mood.

What has been your best moment at THOM Group?

My first convention at THOM Group will always be an unforgettable moment. This event, which always takes place in pleasant surroundings, is extremely unifying and brings a very contagious dynamic.
