Nicola Saraceno joined THOM Group in May 2018 and serves as General Manager of Italy.

Prior to this, Nicola was at Luxottica for 5 years, where he was SVP of Retail Marketing & CRM, leading the demand generation efforts for Luxottica’s 7000+ Optical and Sunglasses stores across the world.

Nicola’s professional experience includes Sky Italia – a Pay TV operator – where he led Customer Marketing and Operations; and The Boston Consulting Group.Nicola holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Engineering, having studied at RSM (The Netherlands), University of Michigan Ross School of Business (US) and Politecnico di Milano (Italy).
He currently lives in Milan with his spouse and 2 kids.
